What this policy covers
This policy describes the Travomio website and the features currently included in it. It does not cover the separate services reached through external links. An owner-only preview may also use its hosting platform’s sign-in and access controls.
The site currently has no visitor account system, newsletter signup, payment collection or message form. No advertising network or visitor analytics script is included in the website code.
Information you save in the tools
The packing tool saves the trip settings you enter, checked items and any custom items. The budget calculator saves your input amounts. The larger-reading-text control saves your preference. These records use this website’s local storage in your browser.
The tools do not send those records to Travomio or a booking service, and they do not sync them between devices. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Avoid putting passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive information in a custom checklist item.
Printing, saving a PDF or downloading a list creates an output on your device. You control where that output is saved and whom you share it with.
Information sent when pages load
A browser sends connection information when it requests a website. This can include an IP address, requested URL, time of request, browser information and referrer information. Hosting and security providers may process these requests to deliver pages, prevent abuse and troubleshoot faults.
The public website is configured for Cloudflare Pages. When Cloudflare serves it, processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The separate private preview is subject to the preview platform’s access and hosting arrangements.
Search uses a query in the page URL. Although matching guides happens in your browser, the search URL can appear in browser history and hosting requests or logs. Do not search for private or sensitive personal information.
Fonts, photographs and the site’s own scripts are served from the website. Loading a font does not require a request to Google Fonts.
How information is used
Saved tool information keeps your checklist, calculator and reading preference available when you return. Connection information supports delivery, security and fault diagnosis. The current tools do not send your saved inputs for advertising, profiling or sale.
Hosting providers can process information through infrastructure in different countries. Their privacy notices describe their processing and safeguards. Travomio does not promise that requests remain in your country.
How long information stays
Saved tool information has no automatic expiry in the site code. It stays until you clear it, your browser removes it or the browser profile is deleted. Private-browsing sessions may remove it when the session ends. Hosting records have their own provider-controlled retention; the site’s clear-data button does not delete those records.
Your controls
You can remove the tool records with the button below, or use your browser settings to delete site data. Blocking local storage may stop saving from working, but it does not stop you reading the guides. Each browser and website address has its own saved data.
This removes your packing list, budget and reading preference from this browser. It cannot be undone.
Your rights concerning personal information depend on the law that applies to you and to the organisation processing it. Those rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection or a complaint to a data-protection authority. This policy does not restrict those rights.
Links and future changes
Following an external link takes you to another service, which has its own privacy practices. Travomio does not control that service.
If features such as analytics, advertising, email signup or contact forms are added, this policy and any required choices must be updated to reflect them. See the cookies & local storage policy for details of the current browser storage.
